RSB Catering is the preferred caterer for the facility and rental rates are based on catering packages. Bradford’s on Bishop allows outside catering with a $1000 Outside Catering fee. We also have a list of approved catering partners. Should you choose one of these Approved Catering partners, the outside catering fee will not apply. Standard Rental Rates will apply with approved catering partners or outside catering.


Saturday Standard Rental Rate:

We charge a $2000 fee for use of 5200 square foot Venue including Ballroom, Bar, Show Kitchen, Meeting Rooms, and Coat Check area. Accommodates up to 150 comfortably for buffet. Rental fee includes 9 hours use of facility from caterer arrival to close up. There is a $500 cleaning fee/damage deposit of which $300 is refundable if no damage occurs. Our garden area can be rented for an additional $500. Upon contract signing, 1/2 of facility fee is required. Balance and $500 cleaning fee/damage deposit is paid 2 weeks prior to event.

Standard Rental Rate includes the following:

  • 60" round tables
  • Folding Padded chairs
  • Plates and Flatware
  • Event Manager to assist guests and maintain clean bathrooms.
  • Security guard to assist for with guests’ entry.

Friday and Sunday Standard Wedding Rate:

  • We charge a $1500 Facility Fee, includes up to 9 hours use of venue. Additional hours may be purchased. There is a $500 cleaning fee/damage deposit of which $300 is refundable if no damage occurs.

Sunday thru Friday Standard Rental Rate:

  • We charge a $225 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours of use. $500 cleaning fee/damage deposit of which $300 is refundable if no damage occurs.

$200 an hour - Sunday thru Friday (4 hour minimum)

Bar Policy
Bradford’s on Bishop does not carry an alcohol license. Non-alcoholic mixers, soft drinks, water, garnishes, glasses, and napkins are charged at a rate of $5 per person.

Staffing for bar staff is charged at a rate of $150.00 per person. We staff 1 Bartender and 1 Bar back for every 75 guests.


Parking
We conveniently have 80 parking spaces in our parking lot with some adjacent parking also available. We strongly recommend valet or shuttle service for all events larger than 125 people.
